Friends of Autism Charitable Trust (FACT) provides vital support to autistic individuals and their caregivers in Singapore β financial assistance, home services, caregiving relief, and practical training.
Friends of Autism Charitable Trust (FACT) was established on 24 June 2020 with a singular purpose: to build a robust support system for autistic individuals and the families who care for them across Singapore.
A structured support system that empowers parents and caregivers to build a better future for their loved ones with autism β improving mental, emotional, and practical well-being.
To relieve hardship and advance the welfare of autistic individuals and their caregivers through direct financial support, practical services, and community education.
Holistic, compassionate, and community-driven. We believe that supporting the caregiver is just as vital as supporting the individual with autism.
We offer five core services designed to provide comprehensive relief to autistic individuals and their caregivers β addressing financial, physical, and educational needs.
We provide financial aid to autistic individuals and their caregivers to help cover essential day-to-day living expenses β including food, transport, utilities, and other necessities that ensure a dignified quality of life.
Direct AidMedical care for individuals with autism can be costly and ongoing. FACT helps families manage these expenses β from therapy sessions and specialist consultations to medications and assistive devices.
Medical AidCaring for a loved one with autism is a full-time commitment. Our part-time cleaning support helps families maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic home environment β reducing the physical burden on caregivers.
Home SupportCaregiver burnout is real. Our part-time caregiver support gives families meaningful respite β allowing caregivers to rest, attend to personal matters, and recharge so they can continue providing the best care possible.
Respite CareKnowledge is empowerment. We are developing structured caregiving courses to equip families with practical skills, strategies, and understanding β helping caregivers provide informed and compassionate support to their loved ones with autism.
